Perfect choice for families

The staff goes out of their way to make you feel valued. The food was incredible. they had a chef who was so passionate about cooking, I felt like I was in a gourmet restaurant every night.

It wasn’t exactly low-priced but worth every penny for the experience.

The hotel boasts spacious rooms with modern decor, equipped with ample bottles of water, which is a thoughtful touch in the heat. The business lounge offers an impressive variety of refreshments, making it a superb spot to unwind before a flight.

The lounge felt cramped during peak times, clearly unable to accommodate the number of guests, leading to queues that could frustrate some. Breakfast service was not up to scratch, with orders occasionally mixed up, including a significant error with an allergy-triggering ingredient. The overall food quality was disappointing, often falling flat in taste and presentation, which might be a dealbreaker for some.

Spent a great weekend with friends. The hotel offered two hours of free access to the Club Prana Fitness Centre, which was awesome! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and tennis courts. Staff, especially Ms. Pratiksha, were super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend it!
